At Kaia Studio, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please note that jewelry is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for clothing within the conditions below.

Eligible for Return (Clothing Only)

• Major defects

• Wrong item sent

• Wrong size sent

• Change of mind (shipping fees will not be covered)

Conditions for Return (Clothing Only)

• Return can be made once per order number.

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with tags attached.

• Items will be inspected to ensure they are in resellable condition before exchanges/refund. This does not apply to items returned for major defects, which will instead be inspected to verify the defect.

• Slight color variations or minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads, crease marks) are not considered defects.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your item.

How to Request a Return / Exchange

1. Email us at hello.thekaiastudio@gmail.com with:

   • Order Number

   • Item(s) Name

   • Reason for return

   • Photo or video evidence of the defect

2. Await confirmation from us before sending the item.

3. Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transit and return to the address provided in our email.
