At Kaia Studio, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Please note that all sales are final and items are not returnable or refundable, except in the following cases:

Eligible for Return / Exchange
We will cover return or exchange shipping fees only for:

  • Major defects

  • Wrong item sent

  • Wrong size sent

Conditions for Return / Exchange

  • Exchanges can be made once per order number.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with tags attached.

  • Items will be inspected to ensure they are in resellable condition before replacement.

  • Slight color variations or minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads, crease marks) are not considered defects.

  • Requests must be submitted within 5 working days of receiving the item (Malaysia) or 10 working days (Singapore).

How to Request a Return / Exchange

  1. Email us at hello.thekaiastudio@gmail.com with:

    • Order Number

    • Item(s) Name

    • Reason for return

    • Photo or video evidence of the defect

  2. Await confirmation from us before sending the item.

  3. Pack the item carefully to prevent damage during transit and attach the consignment note provided.
